Shipping Policy

  1. Orders once placed will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days.
  2. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days depending upon the delivery location. 
  3. Please note that PRE-ORDER books will take longer to ship. The timeline will be mentioned on the wesbite at the time of taking orders. If you place a pre-order, you'd have agreed to the specified timelines. Any request for early shipment will not be entertained.
  4. Order that contains pre-order as well as regular items will be shipped together. Partial shipment will not be done.
  5. Pupilio will not be liable for any loss or damage to the package if address and contact details mentioned at the time of checkout are incorrect.
  6. In case you’re unable to trace/track your order kindly get in touch with us timely before the parcel is returned by our courier partners. In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address or any other reason the customer will have to bear the shipping cost for both return and re-shipment.
  7. Delivery timing can not be guaranteed due to the ever changing COVID-19 situation.
  8. Kindy track your order and update us about in case of a problem. Dispute can only be raised within 2 days of Delivery    

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours.
  2. Sale items cannot be cancelled.
  3. No cancellations on Gift Cards.

Return Policy

  1. Orders once delivered cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

  1. Full amount will be refunded for orders cancelled within 24 hours.
  2. Refund will be processed only in case of double payment and it will be processed through the same mode within 10 days.
  3. No refund on books damaged during transit.
